Returns

Returns Policy

If you need to return a stock item then please email me on laura.laurellanestudio@gmail.com detailing the following information:

• Your name and email address
• Your order number
• The product you are returning and the reason you wish to return it

I must be notified of returns within 14 working days after the day on which you received the product. A refund can only be issued when we have received the returned product and we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service for your peace of mind. You are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. Contact me for the returns address.

If goods are damaged in transit, which unfortunately can happen, I will require photographic or physical evidence of the damage. Once I have this then I will replace the item.
